The initial project brief from Broomhill Furnishings at their premises in Lurgan Co Armagh was to provide an extension to an existing large villa-type former dwelling.  The building had been used for a number of years for retail use and the client wished to develop it as a showroom space to present new ranges of fabrics and furnishings to prospective trade buyers.  The showroom is set at the end of a small garden accessed from the main road and has a range of factory and production spaces to the rear.

Following on from this project we further developed the site via the insertion of a three storey office block acting as the main administrative control building for the company.
