As a part of the 'Think Transformation' concepts the new Enterprise Arc Hub occupies the space on the lower slopes of the North—West link road and forms the focal point for the arc which stretches from Glenbank at Ballysillan to Glenwood in Poleglass.  It provides a set of business space areas on south facing slopes overlooking the city across the tops of the tree landscaped edge of the park. Its commanding position makes it the perfect location for high value employment opportunities.

The southerly aspect and the location within a park make the use of renewable energy and sustainable construction an imperative and marketing tool for prospective investors.

The arrangement of the employment space makes them Pavilions in the Park.

They are not bounded by fences or dominated by Carparking. Instead secure space servicing and parking is located to the rear retaining open landscaping to the front in the openness of a managed major city park. Employees have access to the park and to the range of cultural and tourism facilities within it.

Major vehicular access to these employment opportunities is from Ballysillan and the Monagh By Pass while local access is obtained from pedestrian and local routes. The Monagh By Pass /Kennedy Way provide a main vehicular route to the Motorway and beyond while vehicular access is also obtainable to the International Airport. It is also within walking distance of the Springfield Road Rapid Transit Route.

The hub will absorb some of the existing enterprise areas including the Former Mackies site, Ballgomartin Industrial Estate and the Whiterock industrial estate giving it immediate impact and allowing it to develop across the lower slopes.
