The aim of this unique commission 'Think Transformation' is to prepare a coherent, integrated and sustainable visioning framework that will assist in the development of West Belfast and the Greater Shankill during the next 10-15 years and beyond. This report is intended to be provocative and inspirational, illustrating some "big ideas" and concepts that aim to challenge the public sector mindset and arouse interest amongst the private sector. The framework proposed revisits and builds upon existing priorities for economic rehabilitation, whilst articulating the physical and spatial regeneration and presentation opportunities that exist.
