The accommodation was previously used as storage for the public bar below. The client wanted a conversion that maximised the space and took full advantage of the high ceiling.

We immediately recognised the potential for a mezzanine floor which would provide additional floor space. We also introduced three new roof lights to flood the apartment with south facing light. We used subtle tones and colours throughout so that the space would feel light and spacious.
